Poor communication, treatment & no results. After my first appointment (Jan 2025) I thought went great & left a 5 star review. Unfortunately now, 3 months later, nothing has changed & I’m so frustrated! I have left patient portal messages, called the office, & still NO response, I have yet to have Dr. Malin call me back! Even after my MRI was denied because she didn’t write the required details, I didn’t receive a call. Dr Paris Malin was very helpful, professional, and informative. Sadly the location is NOT ADA friendly. Wheel chair access is very inconvenient and in poor shape. No handicapped parking. Receptionist was very helpful with glitch in current insurance.
The Best !!!
In two months Dr Malin was able to heal my husbands foot wound that he’s had for three years. Thousands of dollars have been spent, multiple doctors visits, splints, devices, and surgeries. But Dr Malin came into the hospital to consult on my husband’s foot, took one look, knew exactly the surgery he needed to get this wound to heal, and now it’s over. Wound healed completely. We cannot thank her enough for all her help. She’s an exceptional doctor.
