I didn’t even go here, but the service I experienced over the phone was enough to make me take my business elsewhere. I’ve never heard of this salon before and I called to ask if they accepted walk-ins or if I needed to book online. The woman I spoke with (which was the owner of the salon) told me, in a very rude tone, that the salon was by appointment only but she could “try to squeeze me in.” Already put off by her tone, I still continued. I recommend this place to everybody, man or woman I’ve been coming for this place for over a year and I’ve never been disappointed. Customer service is always good and results are always 100%.

I love her so much she always does such a good job, she is precise and does my lashes like they are her own. Not to mention she is literally my therapist Lol!
