The last day, they changed pickup place due to lack of staff. It was a 45 min boat ride to pick everyone up and drop them off. Time we could have spent on the water. They did add a tube for free, but we didn't use it.
We rented a boat a head of time wasn’t there. Spoke to Madison she Couldn’t get our boat. The worst ever. Will never tent from them ever. What a headache it was.
If I could give one star I would. Reserved the boat then showed up to no boat available. Worse yet it seems they don’t care to figure a solution.
Only 5 STARS because that’s the max!! My family and I rented a pontoon boat over Memorial Day weekend and the whole experience was outstanding. We had an issue with our boat (no-one’s fault - just one of those things that happen) and Haley was wonderful. Beyond her professionalism and acumen in resolving the issue, she showed she really cared about the customer.
