We rented a boat a head of time wasn’t there. Spoke to Madison she Couldn’t get our boat. The worst ever. Will never tent from them ever. What a headache it was.
If I could give one star I would. Reserved the boat then showed up to no boat available. Worse yet it seems they don’t care to figure a solution.
Only 5 STARS because that’s the max!! My family and I rented a pontoon boat over Memorial Day weekend and the whole experience was outstanding. We had an issue with our boat (no-one’s fault - just one of those things that happen) and Haley was wonderful. Beyond her professionalism and acumen in resolving the issue, she showed she really cared about the customer. Staff was over the top helpful. Bumped the boat twice into the dock but they were ready for me and assured me that I was not the only amateur to hit the dock. Great experience for our family of 12.
We were very impressed with the professionalism of the young girls who helped us. They were very knowledgeable about the boats and were able to answer any questions we had. We would definitely rent here again. We rented the boat all day and had a great time! I highly recommend renting here.
