Made the mistake of not reading reviews about this place before giving them my engagement ring to resize. I was told it'll be done in less than two weeks. 10 days later they email me saying that my ring is damaged and so I will need to pay another $100 to repair it... Sounds very odd since it was a brand new ring... But I said sure since it was for my engagement and I wanted it to be perfect. 18 days after giving them my ring, I haven't heard back from them yet.
