I purchased a wedding set on June 27th. Didn't wear it until my wedding day July 2nd. Within 3 weeks the white gold.plating had worn off on both rings. Because I don't live in Kelowna, I was not able to get it back to the store within the 30day refund policy. I still asked for a refund as the metal under the plating looked odd (sales lady said so). My experience at Paris Jewellers was absolutely amazing! Kiran and Theresa helped me to find a necklace that was just absolutely perfect! They have such bubbly personalities which made it all the more fun. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone!

The staff at the Kelowna store have been so helpful and friendly! They made sure we picked the right ring combination through their suggestions and knowledge and we absolutely love them!
