Went in with my wife and wanted to look at gold wedding bands today and was completely ignored by a male staff member behind a computer..I decided to go somewhere else ..I would give 0 stars if I could
I had a wonderful experience in store with great customer service (thank you Derek) but when it came time to pay I wasn’t able to because their system was down, so unfortunately I left empty handed.
Paris Jewelers has proven to be quite disappointing. Despite paying for additional insurance on my wedding rings, I discovered that it does not cover the diamonds. Furthermore, they require customers to send the ring to the USA merely to obtain a repair quote, which adds unnecessary inconvenience to the process. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Shaina was helping us on the weekend to buy a gift, she have an amazing knowledge of each product and she understands the needs of what customers are looking for. She suggested and guided us which helped us alot. Great staff
I had such a wonderful experience at Paris Jewellers! My boyfriend surprised me with a stunning promise ring, and I’m absolutely in love with it—the diamonds, gemstones, and gold band are all so elegant and beautifully crafted. The quality is incredible, and the ring truly feels special. A big thank you to the manager (an incredibly kind and knowledgeable Indian woman) who made the experience unforgettable.
