Bought a ring, didn’t even make it a full month and a diamond fell out, super upset considering I take it off to wash my hands, I don’t shower with it and don’t even go to bed with it on. Had warranty but I still had to pay for the replacement diamond, wouldn’t even give any sort of leeway considering it hasn’t been a month! Will not be purchasing from there again. Charm is right across the hallway! Edit:oh gosh I wish I read the reviews prior to making my purchase, sounds like no one has good luck here recently
Jewlery always breaks and you will wait for it to come back from repair longer than you will wear it. Customer service has been great but also has been very rude.
I can't say enough about the store and especially, the wonderful staff. Andrea went the extra mile. She helped me choose gifts from a lovely selection. Then she said to come back after she wrapped them. Because I ran out of time, I was unable to return to Paris Jewelers. Andrea searched for me in the mall, then made a personal delivery! I highly recommend this store.
Great experience, Thomas and new boy on training were very friendly and helpful and helped me find what I was looking for . Thomas had such a positive attitude towards us .
