I wanted to give Paris Jewellers Nanaimo a big shout out! So basically my online order arrived damaged, hubby went to the store and dealt with the store manager-Alicia. Alicia was very kind to him, empathized our situation and helped us with getting a store credit back! I mean she could’ve easily said there’s nothing she could do, but she went above and beyond to help us, that, makes us going to shop with Paris again. Thank you so much Alicia!
