Super disappointed in quality and service received here today. My hubby purchased a white gold chain and diamond pendant for my xmas, the chain broke under very unasuming circumstances - no stress or tugging involved etc luckily diamond was not lost ! He had purchased warrenty so I took back to store was told it would take 3 weeks for repair.
