I have been to this clinic 3 different times and have always had very prompt, courteous and professional care and treatment. To Carolina, Franco and the receptionist - I'm so sorry, I do not recall your name - thank you so much for your outstanding service! I work in healthcare - I know how horrendous it can actually be - from both perspectives - as staff and patient. This clinic and it's staff are a blessing to our community.
Rude, unethical, liars and scammers. All they want is money and don’t care at all about the patient and their needs. My mom needed and emergency pacemaker and they neglected to tell us. We only found out because she fell and had to go to the hospital. Terribly run, terrible on the phones, never give you an appointment and just keep saying they’re going to call back with one but they don’t. The receptionist is rude and incompetent. If I can give them zero stars I would. They are horribly run clinic and liars. Dr. Malak is no longer a doctor there. Instead of disclosing to his patients that he’s no longer there, they kept lying and saying he’s not available right now. I kept calling for over a month asking for an appointment for my mom and kept getting told he’s not available and they don’t know when he’s going to be available. Not a great experience at this clinic. The first person I saw was nice, but without warning opened the door to the room we were in while I was topless. Then, while I was being hooked up to an ECG (again, topless) by another person, they ALSO opened the door without warning. Not only that, but neither of them even introduced themselves to me, I couldn't tell you their names.
