I’m hairdresser, After while I find May who is nice lady and doing good job, For first time they charged $37 for cutting and she used dryer for cleaning the hairs from my neck…. For second time the man who said I’m the boss! Asked $60 for the same job! Telling me it’s style cut! I’m sorry for his customer service
The worst service ever. Just got my hair cut and I'm mortified!!!!! My hair was long down to my hips now it's shoulder length, and destroyed! I'm on edge.
Staff need better training, to treat people how they would want to be treated good, service needs more positivity so negative and yelling across the room, talking in their language, seriously,not a safe and welcoming environment, more like, I don't give a stuff attitude, hair colouring she didn't seem like she knew what she was doing
Went to their salon yesterday, due the amount of people they had. So as anyone else I thought “oh they must be very good” but it was not the case. what they’ve done to my and my sons hair is HORRIBLE AND HORRENDOUS! The old lady working there was out of her mind. She didn’t know what she was doing at ALL! I was appointed with her and I got layers which weren’t so bad, but DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE I PAID!
