Went in for a pedicure and left with pain in my big toe because the nail was cut too close on the side. When I mentioned it, I was told that I’d be fine in a few days. No discount or compensation of any kind. Very dismissive response and unprofessional handling of a valid concern. I won’t be returning.
Worst experience in my whole life
I’ve been going here for quite some time now. I’ve always had a good experience. I had an appointment yesterday morning. When I was getting my pedicure I recall jumping when the nail tech was cutting my nails / cutting my cuticles but I didn’t think anymore of it. The nail tech continued to do my pedicure and when she was finished I put on my sandals and went home. This morning I wore tennis shoes and my feet felt uncomfortable. This place is now called TN Hair & Nails---- It's my second visit with Ann, I had a new set of nails done initially with her, and now a fill. I finally found someone who is very knowledgeable in what she does, and executes what you want and most importantly she is nice and listens to your ideas on what you want without prejudice and has confidence. Me las hicieron muy rápido! , pero sin embargo me agarraban la mano muy bruscamente , parecía que era una carrera de menos tiempo! . No me quitaron la cutícula ni me limpiaron las uñas antes de ponerme las extensiones de uñas. Dejaré una foto de como las quería y de como me las dejaron, a simple vista se ven bien pero están muy separadas de mi piel por que no quitaron cutícula.
