I stayed here last year and honestly it was a complete disaster. Extremely hot during summers, the windows barely open properly, and there are literally no windows in the kitchen, shower and toilet. The whole place feels suffocating. The rooms are also ridiculously small for the amount of money you pay. Honestly, you can find way better properties for the price and services that IQ gives you. I have lived here for nearly a year and had a very wonderful experience. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The front desk staff are very friendly, especially the very young lady, who always provides me with timely help. Thank you!
