Ordered these online from Vancouver for my gran’s 88th birthday and they arrived safely in the snow looking far better travelled than I usually do. The arrangement is gorgeous and huge. My nanny immediately inspected it like a floral customs officer and said, “I don’t know what you paid but I have never seen such a variety especially this time of year.” My gran liked them so much she said she might even bring them to church to show her friends, which as far as I can tell is the highest honour flowers can receive. Paris Florists exceeded my expectations. I ordered a bouquet as a gift, and the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. You can really tell how much care goes into their work. On top of that, the service was fantastic—easy, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended!
Extremely disappointed. The arrangement that was delivered is completely different from the one ordered from the website. I understand that while some substitutions are required due to season however should still resemble the arrangement from the photos. Attached photos for reference. I called a few times on Tuesday to discuss and still have not heard back (it is now Friday). Very poor customer service and bad business practices. This florist was very good but it has not been at 1500 Islington for 2 years although it still operates online and somehow still shows on Google at this address.
