The owner seems very knowledgeable; however, does not follow up as promised. I did an in-person consultation...no notes were taken during our discussion and her assistant has not followed up to schedule the skin regimen that the owner and I discussed. This was on 07/03, and still has been no contact. I am very disappointed that my concern was not taken seriously.
