Rashawn was punctual, professional and highly competent. He replaced three wired-in smoke alarms for us, and we would definitely use him again for any electrical works in the future.
The RCD circuit on my consumer unit decided to give up the ghost, knocking out the gas boiler on a weekend when the average temperature was -1° and of course I had guests staying! I called Paris at 0820 on Saturday morning, left a message and Rasharn called me back at 0930. He was with me at 1030 and everything was fixed by 1050. Professional, polite and with the correct unit to get everything working again. Highly recommend, not just in emergencies either. Really nice guy.
