We scheduled an evening appointment with the manager to plan & purchase 2 Quinceanera dresses for my granddaughter & purchase dresses for the girls & formal attire for the boys. This was discussed when the appointment was made. Sadly, this manager had no interest in letting my granddaughter experience trying on any dresses much less selling anything to us. I had called to inquire about measurements, and was told they did. I was not informed that they charged $25 for "special" measurements until I got to the establishment. I took my business elsewhere, as they shouldn't be charging for measurements, let alone $25
