Boss should be at the store all the time. Employees are not working. Tey are having fun. And taking order slowly because they have to chat......no good. ...
When I visited the store, it looked like the employees were pretending to be busy so they wouldn't take my order. It was a very interesting experience as I have never felt discriminated against in Canadian stores. Finally an Asian girl took my order and I felt like I was taking a test to memorize the names of their products. I couldn't quite name one of them. You have to be careful when you order here... the price is different in the POS in the cashier and different in the display... Also, be careful that the cashier will put different order in the POS will charged you more than your original drink/order! When I mentioned the discrepancy, the staff said the menu was not updated yet and the POS system price was correct. I honestly don't want to bother for $2-3 difference...but if these keeps happening to other customers it could add a lot.... This store is lack honesty... I recomm... read more
