Today I had a piece of “Red velvet” cake, normally everything is fresh here but today I got a piece of cake from like two days ago, it’s my fault for not checking the cake there, now I am totally disappointed, I have rated this place 5 stars in past because of that great white glove service Im used to get here but today wasn’t the case….
The lady with the bangs has the nastiest attitude. When I politely asked if my hot matcha could be changed to a cold one (before they even started making it), she literally rolled her eyes at me. Both employees spoke to us in harsh, condescending tones instead of addressing us respectfully. What made it worse was that the woman with the bangs was nice to every other customer except for me and my friend. Worst location ever. The guy and the girl were super disrespectful and plain rude. They were talking about my friend and I and hushed as we walked up to throw away our trash. Rolled her eyes at us multiple times; mind you, did nothing wrong. Save yourself the trip and go to the Paris Baguette down the road because these people truly are disgusting. However, they were extremely nice to the white people, they just had a problem with us (women of color).
It's a third time visiting a Korean Bakery Brand in America in my 6 years of living in America. Breads were very tasty, compared to what I had in Korea. Very, very good tastes. What I didn't like was that the food cabinet was very hard to open. I had to pull really hard to open the glass door of the cabinet, and I was worried if I broke the glass or not.
