Terrible service. My almond croissant was burnt and they refused to exchange it. Talked to manager Hana, she said they don’t allow exchanges, even for the burnt items. We will never go back there.
Fantastic selection of delicious pastries and related items. Great coffee. Sorta expensive but worth it, especially as a treat.

I purchased a cheesecake at this location for a celebration on the day of the event. When we cut into the cake and tried to eat it, we found that it was slimy and tasted like blue cheese. Nobody ate more than a bite, and I felt awful for having brought a bad dessert. I contacted the store three times to try to talk to the manager, and though I left messages, no one returned my call.
