Bakery tour experts and were NOT disappointed at Paris Baguette. While going on a Saturday during lunch time was like a sensory overload obstacle course but it was worth it. Be prepared to grab a tray, grab your items and move along quickly. No time to dilly dally. The palmiers are so yummy. The mini eclairs were a huge hit apparently the cream was 5 stars. This place is a gem. Beautiful food, quaint atmosphere and absolutely delicious cakes and pastries. Never having been to France it felt like a fun European brunch escape. I wish I could have bought the whole store! 100 out of 5. Definitely recommend.
Someone needs to call an inspection on this place. Leaving meats and cheeses out with nothing to keep them heated to a safe temperature is calling for many people to get a food born illness. I was absolutely baffled when i walked in seeing pizza, sausages etc just sitting there in the same cabinets as a donuts and muffins. How did this place even pass inspection to be opened in the first place???
I’ve had 2 things from Paris Baguette. One was the Blueberry Yogurt cake, which was incredibly delicious! If you have the budget for it, I highly recommend it. Today I had a croissant donut. The sign said it had cream filling and lemon icing. The taste of the croissant was delicious, the lemon icing was just right and I could not find the cream filling. If the sign hadn’t said it had cream filling I would have said it was excellent, but I think they forgot to fill this one.
I really wanted to love this place. The name makes it sound like it should be super fancy. However, I found it basic and meh. Here's why. When you walk in, there is no indication of how this thing works. As soon as you walk in there are giant display cases up front with pastries inside and I had no idea if I was supposed to serve myself or not.
