Great staff, delish pastries. Here’s the new Mirrorball latte. It’s good marketing to keep trying new things and partnerships. I believe this one is a Dancing with the Stars partnership. One piece of advice, the matcha was a bit too sweet and the latte a little too milky.
The staff gave me the wrong coffee. The first time they called out a different drink, and the second time they called mine. I was in a rush, so I grabbed it, but I realized later that it was actually someone else’s order. I don’t know why they don’t put stickers or order numbers on the cups so situations like this don’t happen
Today I ordered a coffee: small hot cappuccino with an extra shot. I received a "cappuccino" that was 50 degrees. I asked for it to be remade, and they got it wrong again. I asked for a remake a second time and got a coffee that was 80 degrees! A cappuccino should be 65–68 degrees! If someone orders a HOT CAPPUCCINO, you shouldn't add COLD MILK!
