I wish I could give higher rating for this location as I generally like Paris Baguette and the customer service is generally acceptable. However, this location’s general manager should look into cashiers cheat chatting with customers while not serving customers waiting to purchase. Not only that, employee lazily tell customers to not ask more questions about items on display as the store is closing, yet it is a lie as the store is not closing for the next two hours. Cashers should be evaluated and trained properly.
Solid cafe for a quick breakfast and coffee. Their almond croissants are pretty good though they don’t have as much almond filling as some other places like Blue Bottle etc. overall it’s pretty solid for a quick bite. This location gets really busy in the morning as it’s next to the hospital. Lots of hospital staff coming during peak morning and afternoon hours.
Sign says looking for staff, I just saw how one of staff answered in the wrong manner to a client, pretty bad, teenager servers with a very bad attitude, no managers around, the two guys running the show, no wonder business going down no one is checking on anything , they just doing whatever they want. Awful to observe 5:20 pm , 13th august
