First of all, the cake tastes good usually. However, I ordered a cake last night for pick up, and I requested to add a message “ Happy 83rd Birthday Mom” -but this sorry looking cake is what I got today when I picked it up. Even the kids in Carvel can write better messages

Paris Baguette never disappoints. This is such a great location and super close to my workplace. The staff were friendly and patient even when the line gets long. The vibe is clean, bright, and perfect for grabbing a quick treat or hanging out with coffee. Highly recommend the chicken salad sandeich and their cronut (croissant donut). It’s a must-stop spot if you want something fresh and photo-worthy.
I ordered a custom cake for my son’s 5th birthday celebration and on seeing the cake realized I ordered the wrong one. When I called them Kevin the manager went out of his way to swap out the cake for the one that my son actually wanted. They didn’t need to do that as the mistake was on my part but they didn’t want my son to be disappointed on his birthday so they offered to swap it for the one he wanted anyway.
