Got two cake for back to back birthday, first time getting the red velvet soft cream and it was the most disappointing cake EVER!! The cake was running like bloody hell and this was a shame for a birthday dessert. We normally get the Blueberry Chiffon. But this was so disappointing the cake was not edible! For $45.99 cake that was not edible, sigh, I wish for a refund if I could.
We have been coming here since it opened in Livingston and yesterday was the first time we had an issue with our catering order. We were very stressed/upset since we had to wait another hour. But the retail and catering team really stepped up and rushed to make it happen for us. My daughter and I waited and they made us feel taken care of and wanted to give this kudos to the team! Thank you!
We ate 4 cheese pastry that needed to toast before eating, and Tapioca bread. We asked to toast the pastry and warm up the bread, they warmed it up in what seemed to be in a microwave, so the bread was gummy, and the pastry was too oily and gummy. The espresso and the late was ok.
I ordered peach iced tea and got just a plain black iced tea so I proceeded to inform the cashier that I ordered a peach iced tea and not just iced tea and was rudely told that they don’t have peach ice tea on the menu just have ice tea. I pointed to the menu where it said peach ice tea as an item and got just a shrug back. If you don’t have an item let the customer know before taking my money. I have never left any Paris Baguette feeling such disappointment before.
