I'm so upset. I researched it a good place for the coffee and dessert. So, I stopped by here with my friends. But the Asian guy who was taking orders very rude. I order from there several times a week. I am OBSESSED and so is my workplace. I was having issues finding the items i needed on their website for some reason so i called and spoke to “Alyssa” she immediately gage me a solution and made sure i got the correct items delivered to me. Amazing customer service. Im not sure what’s her position since i only spoke to her over the phone but she definitely deserves a promotion! Thank you Alyssa!
