Went in for the first time. None of the staff members made eye contact or offered help. The food also didn't look French and portions were too big. Didn't get anything.

went here today because i have been to the location in chicago and wanted a nice pastry or two. walked in and there were no clean trays to use, only boxes. staff was definitely overworked as only two people were working the drinks and checkout counter :( i bought four different pastries and one of them had a hair on it!!! in general, the pastries were good but the overall experience was less than satisfactory. trash bins were also overflowing. pls hire more workers 😣
I love Paris baguette. Overall taste is excellent, and their croissants are the best. However, there are a few areas where they could improve. The service could be better. Some of the breads taste better once toasted, and I think the staff should offer them to customers without making customers have to ask. But I think maybe they were busy 😉. Thank you
