If you ever drop a Pastry on the floor, just put it back or leave it on the floor. When you admit you dropped it, the Manager will charge you for it. Just saying.. A $5 Pastry would not hurt your bottom line vs. good customer service. And yes, I have emailed Paris Baguette and they requested my number but nobody has called me back. Again, not the best customer service. Also, don't let them put parchment paper on top on your chocolate Pastry because the chocolate will stick to the parchment paper and ruin it. See Pic. Why open at 6, and even an hour later most of your products aren’t out yet? This has happened several times, and it sucks not knowing when things will be put out. Came at 7am and most of the items were not available yet. The staff often seems distracted when you’re checking out — talking to other staff or just ignoring you.
Food is good and convenient to stop by and grab something. I loved how someone was constantly wiping the tables (with the faintest smell of bleach so I know they're clean!) Friendly staff too!
