Poor staff was overwhelmed. I think there were maybe 3 total handling online orders, staffing the kitchen, register, trash, and stocking. May have been an off day but the trash was overflowing.
Always great pastries, cakes, and drinks! Not too sweet!

I get a coffee and they add cinnamon without asking me? That tasted like straight water. The service was horrible too, employee saw me standing and walked away and avoided confrontation, almost like he knew lol. I took a sip and threw it straight to the trash, went to peets coffee instead, they never fail
