The service was horrible. The cashier had no clue what she was doing. I ordered a birthday cake for my son, and it took her five business days just to figure out how to press “cake” on her LCD screen. Even when she was supposed to collect payment, she was still confused and fumbling with the register. I asked her if the knife would come with the cake. I was quite disappointed with my recent visit, especially as a returning customer. The tiramisu did not resemble an authentic tiramisu in taste or texture—it lacked the traditional ladyfinger component and was noticeably dry. Similarly, the red velvet cake sponge was also dry and underwhelming.
