I’ve been a loyal Paris Baguette customer for years and have used many of their other locations without ever having an issue. Unfortunately, this location was a huge disappointment and by far the worst experience I’ve had with the brand. We ordered a cake from this store and it was made incorrectly. To make matters worse, when we cut into the cake, we found a piece of hair inside the cake, which is completely unacceptable and a serious hygiene concern. Paris Baguette – Niles (Rude and Unprofessional Service) I visited Paris Baguette in Niles today and had an extremely unpleasant experience due to the cashier’s attitude. The shop is located inside the HMart. I ordered a decaf almond milk latte (dietary restrictions on dairy and caffeine for a while). Hands down, one of the only places I've ever been to where the almond milk doesn't taste fake, and have that plastic/chemically after taste. I frequent coffee shops like there's no tomorrow and have tried tons of milk alternatives when I was staying off dairy and I was really impressed.
