I USED to love coming here. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming. This is always a plus for this cafe. Yesterday, I walked in for one of my favorite desserts and this place was miserable!!!! For a French pastry shop, you’d expect a cool, inviting atmosphere—but instead, it felt like walking into an oven. We, in NY are in a heatwave with temps over 95 degrees and there is no AC??? Food and service was very good however the store was horribly hot. I understand that we are going through a heat wave but since they are serving the public and have a sit down for customers they should make sure their store is comfortable and cool for customers that want to have a sit down service.
I need to know what happened to the AC. Its 90 degrees today and its very hot inside, while when it was spring time, I used to be freezing in here. An employee told me they didn't have AC since last summer, and I dont get it. I come here on a weekly basis and Im confident that AC was working before and freezing cold!!!! Pls. Reply
