We preordered a birthday cake a full week in advance. When we arrived to pick it up, the cake was missing. Staff tried to hand us a random cake from the shelf and claimed they could just “remove the fruits” to make it plain. That alone showed a complete lack of care or professionalism. Then it got worse — there was a hair on the cake. At that point, we walked out and demanded a refund. I tried the strawberry banana roll cake. It was soft and moist in texture. The combination of flavours was really good. Definitely would try again
