I ordered a birthday cake a day in advance for my wife’s birthday, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. Instead, I was told they didn’t have my cake because it was “the baker’s fault.” The staff who helped me were polite and did what they could by offering a refund or a different cake, and I appreciate their efforts.
