I’ve always loved Paris Baguette for its quality and excellent service. Unfortunately, today I had a disappointing experience with one of the employees. I waited 20 minutes for my order, and then my drink was made in the wrong size. While remaking it, the employee picked up a measuring tool directly from the sink and used it without washing it first. I hope you can pay closer attention to hygiene and customer service to ensure experiences like this don't happen again. Thank you.
