Beautiful place. Absolutely disgusting food and coffee tonight. I spit out my coffee, a pumpkin latte, it was thick with the syrup and not even blended- I tried to stir it myself and it just settled in the bottom and was overly "syruped", They refused to remake and gave me an empty cup to try and fix it... and the donut, I couldn't even chew it was so stale. A waste of $ 10-12 bucks here for sure.
Just ate there, I am a fan of Paris Baguette. Today my experice was really amazing, I was served by Roxana who really made an effort to make my breakfast excellent. I was having a bad day and it changed my mood. Thank you. for more people who come to work with that great energy.
I just want to give them their praise specifically the store on 96th and Broadway. I wish I knew specific names but I literally come every morning and every morning I’m met with a smile. Not only does Paris Baguette have the best sweet treats but they have the sweetest people working there. There’s a couple times that I’ve mistakenly placed my order to the wrong store and the manager has fixed it for me.
