I love the renovation! Maybe my review had some influence? Staff is lovely! The coffee is fair, thin, needs improvement. Closer to taste, texture, of French cafe would be fabulous. I go to a cafe across the street for better Americano, for one. Hope about better decaf? You’d get more age groups. Most staff needs decaf training, haha!! Many. new ones don’t know how to make it, say no then yes when experienced staff shows how. Sandwiches and salads have too much cheese or eggs with cholesterol. This is one of my favorite bakeries in New York City, whether I just want a little snack for myself or I’m bringing cakes for birthdays or celebrations paris baguette never disappoints
Employees like Christina and Danny should be everywhere. Although this place has nonstop traffic during morning rush hour, these two are so calm and sweet. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. They both were super helpful. Thank you both so much!
