I was a customer and heard very disturbing comments from a manager. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.

Customer service is VERY POOR.
I had a very disturbing experience at this Paris Baguette location. The cashier refused to let me use the restroom unless I made a purchase, which already felt discriminatory. When I raised the issue, the manager, Adriel, not only failed to address the situation professionally but instead used extremely offensive and inappropriate language toward me, including racial slurs and derogatory remarks.
