Walked in to the store to pick up a mobile order. The greeting I received was a lady shaking her head at me and looking down & sad as I am walking across from the door to the counter. As I approached the counter she says, “No ma’am. No dogs allowed!” I replied that she is my service dog and I’m here for my mobile order. Not exactly a warm welcome. I love this place! All the pastries are so good. They are a little pricey but yummy. Their coffee/espresso has a nice flavor as well.
Teach your team how to make matcha. It’s either too much ice, too milky or no matcha flavor at all. If you don’t know how to make matcha don’t serve it to customers. Never had a good matcha here. Look at the color of my matcha!!! Absolutely disgusting !
I ate butter cream and red beans pastry. It was tasty but a bit expensive compare other bakery, but it was quite and very clean interior. Easy access from the Zion Market enterance. It has outdoor covered patio area where you could drink coffee with friends. Not a bad choice of local bakery to stop by.
