This location is by far the worse location I’ve visited and it’s sad to say because I really love Paris Baguette. The milk cereal frappe was super thick and icy. Grace the manager did not trade out for a king cream donut but insisted that I trade for a coffee and the coffee was extremely bitter. I’m so disappointed in the customer service and quality of the food.
They decided to close the place at 5:30PM because “it was messy” and they closed for the day. The door sign said 8:30AM-9PM. They would not let me purchase a cake that I could see through the glass that would have taken 10 seconds to hand me. I had to drive an additional 25 minutes to the next Paris baguette and ended up late to a dinner.
This place is shocking. They sell cakes but don’t even have anyone who can write on or decorate them. I used to buy cakes here regularly, but not anymore. For celebrations, they actually suggested using “Happy Birthday” stickers instead of proper cake decoration, which is unacceptable. I usually like Paris Baguette cakes, but this location is a joke when it comes to basic service and customer experience.
