This place has the worst customer service ever
If you need a quick grab and go with no one disturbing you, this place is good. Person at the counter was a bit rude. Had few questions and she was very reluctant to answer.
I went in today after finding this bakery on Google. This bakery had some unique deserts and breads that I would love to try so I decided to try them out. First impression was not good. I was not greeted nor asked if I needed help with anything. I proceeded to ask for a help and even then it was the bare minimum. DON’T ORDER ONLINE!!! I have frequented this bakery in person many times over the past few years and their breads and cakes are good, their service is decent, and otherwise I have always had a pleasant experience. Usually I grab whatever cake I want from what’s available, but this week I decided to call ahead to reserve a specific cake. But their phone number would not go through!
