really enjoy Paris Baguette and love the pastries—they’re always delicious and genuinely make me happy. However, the customer service at this location has been consistently disappointing. Today (April 10 around 12:22 PM), there were two employees at the front who seemed disengaged and uninterested. They didn’t acknowledge customers—no greeting, no eye contact, no “thank you,” not even asking if I wanted a receipt. The Nutella-filled croissant at this location was extremely disappointing. I’ve bought this before, and the Nutella filling was always more than generous, so I feel like this specific location is the problem. Also, the staff put my items in a box that was too small and had to tape it shut, which ended up ruining my pastries because they didn’t fit properly. On top of that, the staff was not friendly at all.

This location is by far the worse location I’ve visited and it’s sad to say because I really love Paris Baguette. The milk cereal frappe was super thick and icy. Grace the manager did not trade out for a king cream donut but insisted that I trade for a coffee and the coffee was extremely bitter. I’m so disappointed in the customer service and quality of the food.
