Hello, so I mostly order everything online and pick up because it’s to difficult to look for parking around the area. Today was the day I placed an order for only mini pastries only. When I got home, I have notice that most of the pastries were all packed in one box. ( thankfully there not squish) I decided to just go over all my pastries to see if anything was missing. April 2025: the service quality continues to be extremely poor and rude. At 7:15pm today 4-8-25, we ordered a sandwich and was advised “because we are closing , the over is turned off”. Btw, the place closes at 9pm ET. When talked to the supervisor Filipe- we were advised that it’s the policy! Is it? I have never experienced such a policy in Ridgewood or anywhere else for that matter!
