We walked in as they were closing and we beg a little. I get how it can be frustrating when you want to go home and instead of complaining Samantha and Kristian gave us the best service. They laughed and joked with us and made us feel very welcome. This isnt like other PBPC the owner picked the right employees. Customer service even when your closed shows they cared about the customer and the needs of the store first above everything else. We tipped 50% well deserved. Thanks so much for the excellent customer service.

I stopped by in the morning to get a coffee paid for my drink and notice I had a free pastry with a purchase the girl rung me up but I asked if I can redeem my pastry, it was the last day! She said yes I grabbed it and when I return to the line it took 5 mins because they were bagging up Other stuff. when it was my turn she went to scan it and said oh you need to by something else! Good food, good atmosphere but terrible service. There is an assistant manager named kristan with a really bad attitude, I guess he was just there cause he have to be there. I get it since it was 8:40 pm and I guess he wanna go home but I mean you wanna come back to the place right not hate it cause one person who is working he hated his job obviously it shows on his face This is the service I’m getting.
