I ordered through Doordash and was disappointed. I have been impressed with the Centreville and Alexandria locations over and over again this past year. From this location today, though, the pastry franks were the only delicious items. The service was great, and the staff is so sweet! The pastries are amazing, and she made one of the best matcha lattes I’ve ever had. A special thank you to Katherine for being so kind and helpful :)
I ordered the pumpkin pie sweet cream cold brew. I love pumpkin flavored things. Im not sure if this drink just doesn't work or they made it incorrectly but it was horrible. It was too sweet and had a sour/bitter taste to it that was off putting. I can't even describe it. I tried it a few times after mixing it but I couldn't drink it, so i threw it out. Wasted $8.
I have shopped here many times. The service of the female staff is as bad as ever. They do not care about customers and seem unwilling to serve. The service is not equal. They do not provide complete products. Their behavior is bad. The shop should provide better training for their staff because it damages the image of the shop.
