Customer service was great. But my cake had moldy fruits. Very disappointing and ending up having to throw it out. Waste of my money.
Ordered coffee online, they never made it. Had to ask them to make it after waiting 30 minutes… The online ordering is poorly designed. It somehow lets you select ‘No ice’ and ‘Light ice’ for the same drink so they made it with no ice... Finally got the drink and it tasted really bad, the vanilla syrup is kind of bitter and the drink was way too sweet. Undrinkable. I am visiting NY from VA. I have been always a big fan of Paris Baguette in our area, this time was the worst experience, it took me 25 min to get my cappuccino luckily i had the receipt so finally i got it. I got as well chocolate twist but unfortunately after the first bite i found a long hair in my mouth. I tried to find someone to talk to but they there so busy serving other customer. Clean, nice open space for tabling and seating!
I was very disappointed with the Lemon Blueberry Chiffon Cake I purchased today. It was extremely sweet, with a very thick layer of cream on the outside. Paris Baguette’s cakes used to have a lighter, more delicate texture with a much better balance of sweetness. This cake tasted more like a regular muffin-style cake from an ordinary dessert shop and lacked the soft, refined texture I expected.
