wonderful desserts
I went in with a coupon for a free donut with any purahcase, but they said they were out of donuts and couldn't give it to me. At the very least, if they sent me a coupon, they should have prepared the product or given me something else when it ran out. It's even more ridiculous that the customer service responded by saying what's the point of having a coupon?
Poor customer service. One of the employee attitude completely ruined the purchase and made it quite awkward afterwards. As my sister grabbed the few things that she wanted and was about to pay. I grabbed my daughter to go sit down outside while my sister paid but as I headed towards the door one of the employee blocked me from doing so and said "we're closed".
