Upon one of my visits to this location I experienced the most humiliating situations ever. The manager at the moment Mrs.Park was yelling at one of the employees. Not happy with embarrassing the employee in front of everyone she even argued with the customers who asked her to be professional and not be rude to the employee. People like Mrs.Park give this location a deplorable and negative presentation. As a paying customer I ask that there is actions taken to discipline this inhumane, rude and unprofessional behavior. I’ve frequented this location before but never again. I came in recently to one of the managers, Mrs . Park yelling at one of the workers. She greeted me and continue to berate the poor worker. For one that type of behavior is extremely deplorable, there is no reason to treat workers like that. Secondly, she continued the behavior with customers in the store. I love their cakes. However the rewards are not that great. When I said it was my birthday, unlike other places, the woman, at the counter said what ever. No specials. After being a faithful customer for many years. I still go but not very happy.

The place has a great location, clean interior, and friendly staff. But lately, inventory management seems off — even seasonal drinks weren’t available on a weekend afternoon. The slice cake I got seemed old; the cream was completely dried out, and the strawberry on top was hard and tasted like dried fruit. Whole cakes still look nice, but the slices feel like they’ve been sitting out too long. And.. Even though there were two staff members, no one responded when I called — I ended up waiting a long time with no one around.
