YOU'RE BETTER OFF GETTING A CAKE ELSEWHERE!!! The cake I ordered was ready 20 mins AFTER the time it said for pick up (1 hour + 20 min total wait time). I requested a message to be written ON the cake and it was instead written on the cardboard piece in an UNPROFESSIONAL, CARELESS, and RUSHED way. I expected the handwriting to be neat or even decent, but it was NOT. The message was written VERY POORLY with TERRIBLE PRESENTATION. This place is so beautiful and have several options for everyone. Everything is so so so delicious 🤤 we bought a birthday cake for my daughter and when we paid the cashier gave us the candles and plastic knife “free” that is amazing 🤩
