The food and atmosphere is exactly on brand with PB quality, but the workers look like they stepped in dog poop before coming to work or look at you like you ran over their cat. Management needs to do better training or hire more workers. Checkout line moves like molasses. Workers barely even acknowledge you. I’d much rather go to Starbucks.
Service was slow. Cashier has trouble ringing up my order correctly. My pastries they heated up were still cold in the middle. I asked for an extra shot of espresso in my latte and it was still super weak and you could barely taste the coffee.
