DISHONEST ESTABLISHMENTS!! ** Be AWARE WHEN ordering online. Spent over $100 on two cakes, PAID for it and they gave us the wrong cakes “knowingly” and said they ran out of the other one AND refuses to refund the moneyyy!
Did an online pickup, paid ahead of time, spent over $100 for two cakes, turns out they gave us the wrong cake. We were told over the phone we would be refunded but that has yet to happen.
Edit: there are a ton of other reviews about the restaurant not honoring peoples order and will not issue a refund. I love paris baguette. I always went to the Duluth location and when the Buford location opened I started going there. My first time ordering online pick up for their specialty, I love Mom, heart shaped, Mother's Day cake, went horribly wrong. I put in the order on May 8th to pick up on May 10th.
