Unfortunately, the customer service at this location has declined significantly. While they were never particularly friendly, their behavior has become increasingly rude recently. Staff members are often dismissive, never greet customers, and avoid engaging during transactions. I found the experience very disappointing overall. I won't be coming back or recommending this place. If you're looking for a Korean bakery, I'd recommend Tous les Jours across the street - their staff is much more welcoming and attentive.
