Came here to really just try their supreme croissants but they're so diabetically sweet. Everything else was ok and I especially liked the coffee donut but it was such an overwhelming breakfast option because of the sugar rush.
The service here is terrible!!!! Esp the one lady with glasses with high pitched voice. I think shes the owner but damn she is so rude!!!! Shes always rushing people and when asked questions, shes so rude and short! If shes overwhelmed, she should hire more people not work herself and give attitude to both customers and workers! I feel bad for her employees! She should learn how to be friendly and kind …thought thats something obvious as an owner …but guess its not for her. Poor customer service. I ordered on line to pick up a cake and I got there a wanted a bigger cake willing to pay the difference but they refused to exchange it. Really disappointed!!!!!!!
We ordered lunch online. When we got there we realized that was completely unnecessary, all of the sandwiches are premade and packaged, not made to order...and they did not have the sandwich I selected online. The pastries and breads are beautiful, nicely displayed, and the self service goes very smoothly; however we were very disappointed once we got them home.
