I occasionally go to this PB to buy pastries for business meetings. It usually adds up to about $100 worth of items. Obviously the bakers carefully bake and decorate them one by one, right? But what does the cashier do? Stuff all of them in a single box and basically crushes and destroys them so that they are a mess by the time I bring them to the office. Waited for more than 10 minutes to check out and when I asked “Can I check out here?” at the counter, neither of the two servers said anything in response. They just stared at me like they can’t understand what I said. They could’ve said “One second, I’ll be right there with you” or “Just a moment.” They literally said NOTHING when a customer asked the most common question. Disappointed.

Pastries and coffee always great. I loved the patio on this location. Lots of seating, flowers and shade.

I don't like to give bad reviews, but at this time I need to speak out. I'm a long time Paris Baguette client, but i need to tell that was my worst experience. First of all, they had a very few options of bakery and pastries, but the worst was the service. It took 15 minutes to prepare a frape and a latte, both came wrong, they messed with my box of pastries, the guy dropped my croissant or the whole box, I don't know, it was all a mess, but the worst was the drinks.
