Cheyenne is such a friendly and nice employee! The pastries are delicious as always
I occasionally go to this PB to buy pastries for business meetings. It usually adds up to about $100 worth of items. Obviously the bakers carefully bake and decorate them one by one, right? But what does the cashier do? Stuff all of them in a single box and basically crushes and destroys them so that they are a mess by the time I bring them to the office. I once asked the cashier to please use multiple boxes separately so that none of the pastries are stacked on top of one another. She responded that store policy is one box ... read more
Waited for more than 10 minutes to check out and when I asked “Can I check out here?” at the counter, neither of the two servers said anything in response. They just stared at me like they can’t understand what I said. They could’ve said “One second, I’ll be right there with you” or “Just a moment.” They literally said NOTHING when a customer asked the most common question. Disappointed.
