I rarely write any bad rating to any stores. But this one I have to, because it ruined my mom’s birthday! The worst Paris Baguette store I have ever been to! They are so rude to the customer. We have been purchasing birthday cake from PB every birthday and never had this kind of experience. But the staff is refusing to give us birthday slice cake, necessary candles and utensils. The Santa Clara one is much better than this one! The worst I ever been! I will give negative if I could
The pastries were sweet with no flavor. They never made my drink and then told me that i should have told yhem earlier that i was still waiting for it. Terrible customer service.
I’ve been coming here for the past few years to buy cakes for birthdays and holidays. However, the chocolate strawberry cake I bought this time tasted old and wasn’t fresh. I was really disappointed.
Super bummed!!!! At least you could have included knife and candles for the cake . Your team wrote a happy birthday message,could have been courteous enough to include candles atleast!!!!!!
