I accidentally placed an order to the wrong location. I called within a minute of it being done and they let the phone ring for minutes before picking up. Once they picked up, the cashier did not seem to know how it works and told me I could get a refund online and kept saying I need to go in the website. I told her I didn’t have an account with you all and she still insisted there is “no way” to do this. I looked at your site and you guys use olo ordering. First time trying Paris Baguette. Overall great experience, and the staff was friendly. I had the egg salad sandwich; I must say it was delicious.
Wanted a pick me up after a hard day, the man that checked me out was not friendly at all, on the phone with someone while helping me, and used tongs that touched a dirty counter to transfer all my pastries. The wait was quite long and the workers seemed overwhelmed. The rainbow cake and macarons were eh, but I enjoyed the mochi donut and croquet.
Suman was fantastic, my daughter really wanted a pink colored drink like my wife's coffee and he didnt act annoyed at the odd request to make a chocolate milk into a pink iced drink like mom's. He was very friendly and knew exactly how to make the perfect drink for her. Great service! Thank you!
I don’t think you should charge 52.00 for a blueberry chiffon cake and then give your customers an old stale cake. I will have to file a claim because this isn’t right. My family and I drove 2.5 hours from west virginia to purchase our Chrismas cake (blueberry chiffon) for 52.00 at a Columbus, OH location on December 17th, 2025. The cake made it home (another 2.5 hour drive) and when we tasted it, it was stale. I wrote a review for this and was directed here.
