NO TONGS!!!!! Just like everyone else, disappointed with our visit. First time being there and experienced some of the most incompetent employees I have ever dealt with. This was by far one of the WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCES I have ever had. No tongs at all. Saw people just grabbing pastries with their hands. I told 4 different employees and they all just smiled and said they're working on it. We were there for 10 minutes before I saw anyone bring out tongs. Your confectionary dreams will come true once you step into Paris Baguette. With so many choices it’s very hard to make a decision, so you might as well choose multiple items. There are also lunch items, including a very interesting hot dog roll. From donuts to macaroons, cheese cake to cheese danishes , it’s a full smorgasbord of delights. The store and decor are beautiful and there is an outdoor patio as well. Worth the stop, 100 %.
They had no TONGS or no sign of atleast people should use pachet paper to grab items as I saw people using their fingers grabbing and touching. And I ordered a matcha with no ice and the young lady gave me like a matcha that could fit into a small Cup … when she handed it to me, I looked at her and she said WELL U SAID NO ICE SO IT CANT BE FULL… I just said let me have small ice and she gave me. It’s my favorite restaurant but they keep disappointing sometimes *
Honestly the place is a vibe from the few minutes I was there BUT the pastries were over baked, most were underwhelming unfortunately, also I never received all of my order, never had the time due to work to call up there, since I wasn't able to reach out via website. The cronut was okay but honestly for the experience I had and the prices that did not match the quality, I won't be visiting again, but maybe you'll have a better experience if you want to go check them out .
Priced right and well under what I expected for Easton, good esthetics, great atmosphere! Worth a visit.
