I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to your establishment. The croissants looked like they had been crushed and simply did not rise properly. Please find your previous dough recipe and use it again. Even visually, the desserts looked unappetizing. This not a place for formal cakes that need engraving. This place is more for the likes of star bucks, dunkin donuts, or a coffee shop. We wanted a birthday cake with engraving but this was not the case and the candles were extra charge. The cake is amazing but you have to think twice before about this lack of service. It is a very busy place and i could see why the service was lacking.
I love Paris baguette however, it is now twice that at this location the staff seem to be extremely rude. There is no sign where is the line. I was told to be in one when I was next , and yet they choose to serve anyone who walk up to the counter. Very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. Staff can make or break the place. Seems this place is unwelcoming to certain people.
It’s disappointing to leave a negative review when the pastries and cakes are genuinely delicious, fresh and beautifully made. If this review were based on food alone, I’d give it 5 stars without hesitation.
