Nice that there’s a PB in the metro Detroit area … thought this was a thing of the NYC’s and CHI’s… They have everything in stock which is nice and pretty uncommon after a certain time of day. Their food tastes consistent and everything was great. Service was great and they warmed up one of the pastries I got. Only thing is that the indoor seating space is a little dirty. Saw this place when leaving Ford Grill. Googled to see what they served and was interested. Couldn’t go right away but went back a few hours later. Placed an order for one slice of tiramisu and another four whatever chocolate dessert my friend ordered. We’ve been loyal customers, visiting twice a week and spending around $50-$80 each time, always in the mornings and always greeted with a smile. Unfortunately, our visit tonight around 8:15 PM was a completely different experience. We were met by an employee at the front, Hassan A., who was extremely rude and dismissive when taking our order. Huge selection of pastries, bread, decent coffee, VERY tasty croissants albeit quite high price (Halal friendly means harder to make them?) - really enjoyed this place, would definitely come back again! Shout out Benjamin and his super friendly staff, he runs a great team!!
