Great bakery. Huge store with lots of seating, amazing food that fresh and wonderful music to enjoy your day.
Yum, had the Boston Cream Croissant and wow!! Delicious. My son got a baguette but it was cold and a bit dry so that was disappointing - maybe just bad timing, late in the day. Still had fun and enjoyed it. Not a fan of getting asked to tip on an experience where you literally serve yourself though, makes it weird. At almost $11 for a small pastry and a baguette I think they can afford to pay the staff enough to not need tips in an environment that really doesn't support it.
The only problem here is what to choose and what to buy because there is a great selection of absolutely delicious baked goods as well as other fresh foods!!

Plainview & Huntington location.... let me tell you!!!!!!!!! The young kids that work there.... the owners... managers ...... they are all kind!!!!! They dont rush you!!!! They inform you. nothing like Starbucks. Thats a great thing!!!! that's just service. The pastries are fresh!!!!!! They are delicious!!!!!!! They really are magical!!!!!!
